First of I thought this was necessary after the other post about this event as there was no need for all the cuss words an personally if I saw that sent to me I'd disregard it as well

First off I wanna applaud you on adding a new kind of an event for us, yes it has some flaws, more due to the rewards but overall a nice break from the norm which is raid event, training battle, crew battle.
I will now point out the massive issue with this event an that's quiet simply the rewards needed to obtain this card, it's a great card don't get me wrong but it's not a top deck card, it's a mid level deck card, but the cost to get this card is double if not triple the cost of recent reward cards for example Doom, Venom an most recently Deadpool, For someone to obtain this card they are gonna need 2750 GPS radars, as they give 50 trunks per use(not taking into account att bonus) the cost to get 2750 GPS radars is 275,000 mobage coins which translates into about $1100-$1200 (depending on exchange rate) for an UR+++ cards, to put it into context for you for that kinda money you can buy 5 legendary Iron Mans, 3-4 Legendary Spidey-Mans, even the high end raid reward cards at legendary level don't cost as much as it does to get this Iron Man card as you can easily buy Legendary Doom an Legendary Deadpool, even now Legendary Onslaught for way cheaper than the costs for this card which is only an UR card, I don't know why u have put such a high value on this card for, when u haven't even made it the best card in the game as its a mid tier card best.

I know this game is about making money, cause without money this game wouldn't survive, but you already have a raid event which people spend $100's on pp raider cards to get top end cards an you have crew battle event which people spend a ton on to rank, but you have now added a new event that blows the others out the water in terms of the sheer cost to get the rewards an given people 1/3 of the time to do it in.

I really hope you take the time to look at this an realise how very unbalanced this is to obtain the final reward card, an that u either make some readjustments to this event for example consider allowing the SSR card to be tradable after event or the trunks needed to get this iron man cards or you change the board up an give more trunks the higher up the board levels you go for example board A gives a max of 50, Board B give a max 100, board C gives 150, Board D gives 200, then once u go around the board it resets back to A an u start back at max of 50 trunks again, as it would be a shame if this card was never to be seen in the game due to the fact its way to expensive to obtain this card with how the event is set up right, as its probably one of best looking cards added in the game for awhile now

In all seriousness, it may be possible that you guys made a huge error when you guys were recalculating the results for alliance ranking. I have a quite a number of people complaining about the same too due to the drastic rank drop.

My alliance was ranked 44 at 12.59AM ET before it finishes, I am surprised that we dropped to rank 125. How is that possible when our valor were leading that much, unless alliance from rank 45-125 just happens to score 500k+ valor in one match.

Could it be that your compensation system has an error? Please do listen and reconsider, many of my alliance member's personal rank including myself didn't even budge, so I don't see how our alliance rank drop that massively. I believe there are many who is facing the same problem. Did you guys discount our valor in the last battle? Cause it would be absolutely unfair as we've spent many many PP to get our ranks up! The feeling? Felt robbed.

I would admit and accept my alliance defeat if you guys can provide a statistical log and record of what happened during that last hour of the training. Until the, I just find it impossible to drop that many rank unless more than 50 alliance score more than 450k valor in that hour. And if so, my personal alliance rank would had dropped heaps too, unless 50+ person from those 50 alliance scored 400k valor by THEMSELVES.

Once again this is a serious issue as we invested our money and effort. Please do investigate.

There has been very little feedback or communication from either Mobage or Dena to the Chains of Durandal community. Currently players are planning to boycott spending money on any of their Mobage or Dena games because they feel that this one has been so poorly managed. Please have someone investigate this matter, especially on the in game forums so that you will know what we as the players feel and would like to see in our favorite game. Thank you for the game and the effort put into it up to this point. At the same time we ask that ou please make more of an effort to have a conversation with your gaming communities.

For a while marvel seemed to have some great drop rates. Every 40 or so I was getting tons of sr ssr and ur cards even two fn spideys In a row. Suddenly one day everything seemed to have changed, and I haven't gotten anything but rares for so long I can't remember last time betting anything better. Rates don't seem random at all. I've seen new cp come out and watch the recently drawn cards there are 30 ssr cards at once, then an hour later it's uncommons and ****** sr cards all around. Mobage has lost a player in me, for me spending hundreds on all rare cards and nothing else, but if they want other players to not boycott like dena they need to release drop rates and increase them so people that do spend their hard earned money for this game continue to. Last quarter they made 30 million on us, and think its ok to keep all that info closed to the public...

Well I say if marvel doesn't get improved everyone boycotts spending money for a month that feels the same way I do and show them how hurting their consumers can really come back to haunt a company that is actively doing nothing to appease the public that is making it possible for these people to laugh all the way to the bank. I would love to organize a mass strike against mob age games all around. This isn't the only one wi a ton of bad press.

Carnage Trade Issue

This problem has been going on for a while now. Even though you guys are "trying to fix the problem" we have been stuck with a card which we cannot trade long enough. Could you atleast unlock it for players who did not claim the rewards initially?

It has been a while since SHIELD event ended and it is extremely annoying that we cannot trade cards which we obtained fairly. I have also observed a lot of people leaving the game due to continued issues/glitches.

Please try to be more competent in handling these issues and fix this problem ASAP.

Like many of you, my alliance got screwed by the "emergency maintenance" that ran from 11:56pm EST to 12:06 EST last night, May 12, 2013. There are obviously a lot of people that had different experiences, but I will explain my alliance's below, as well as an idea for one way to fix it.

Let me start by telling you how pretty much every one of my alliance's battles went: We start battle, take down protection wall & DEF leader, then wait until the other team slows down, then decide if we are going to push or not. When we push, we win. Here's what happened last night while we were in our final battle of the night (ranked 139 at the time):
-20 mins left of battle = down 30,000 valor
-10 mins left of battle = down <10,000 valor
-9 mins left of battle = every member's game frozen or 2-3 minutes lag per click
-10 secs left of battle = game un-freezes, we lose by less than 10,000 valor
-Finally, 56 minutes left of the event and we can't search again, even though my friend's alliance was searching and many others were still in battle.

So not only did mobage steal our win and over 100,000 in extra valor, they then made it so we couldn't enter another battle even though others were able to.

I'm sure people will have tons of ideas how to handle this (some more outrageous than others), but a simple way would be to give double valor to everyone who had a battle end during the freeze.

As someone who spent $60 on PP yesterday to help my alliance get top 150 only to have that opportunity stolen from us by the company, I am absolutely furious right now, and will be quitting this game and making sure that everyone I know never plays again if Mobage doesn't handle this in a satisfactory way. (Not personal power packs or ultimate card packs that only give UC-R)

To Whom it May Concern,

I know several of my alliance mates and TMs have forever wished for a stat point reallocation. We propose this be available as a ONE-TIME purchase per account so as to not be abusable. All other attribute point mechanics should not be affected by this (i.e. you still lose 5 pts per TM removed, etc.) If you had permanently lost a point in the past by removing two TMs in 24 hrs, the stat allocation would not give those pts back: you would only be able to redistribute the current amount of points you have at the time of use.

I was wondering how come mavel war of heroes do not offer the iPhone or iOS users any free mobage coins like you do the Android users? I have played the Marvel war of heroes for a while now and not ones did I get offers for free mobage coins but I have a friend that has a droid and he gets offers all the time. He has got some good cards with those coins and I wonder how much better my deck could be if I had all those offers he has had just this year. I'm a little upset and frankly jealous please help me guys thanks

I'm an alliance leader and during the last event we had a button spammer that I managed to boot during the time where restrictions were lifted yesterday and now he constantly sends me rallies and attacks me. The attacking me is one thing but the rallies are getting old. I know he may stop eventually but if we had a report harassment button and/or an ignore feature that prevents them from rallying and attack us. It would be nice. Since there is no real way for low level players to keep from being farmed by high level players at the moment it would solve 2 problems.

Every game has glitches, every game has errors. During this last Shield Enforcement...To be honest, Someone or something really screwed the pooch.

1.) The carnage card really featured toxin.
2.) The game completely froze for some alliances the night before the event ended for an excess of four to five hours. During this time other alliances could still fight as evidenced by watching your ranking drop. There was no way to come back after the rankings dropped so far.
4.) You gave a handful of power packs to compensate? Do you know how much we spend on power packs? How expensive they are? How much money we wasted on a glitchy event? That was an insult.
5.) Then the mother of them all... Incorrectly calculated rankings? Some people have already used their UCP tickets... Cards frozen, now useless... Of which some poor person already paid power pack's for, buying it from someone else before the issue was brought to your attention.

That's just the issues with this event.

I've spent so much money on card packs and I actually get uncommons from time to time. That's also insulting. The drop rates are terrible. The reward system for cards during events isso small that the same people always win.

In a game of 5mil players... You know, where half of them are fake accounts that people use to cheat and scam new players... 150 is insane. The bracket is too small.

Do something. There are huge groups talking about boycotting this game for the entire month of June. That's a decent deal of list revenue. All you need to do is make your players feel like the game is actually worth what time and money they pour into it.

Lets say you have a card that someone would want, as it stands now you have to check each persons wish list individually. I purpose a sorting option where it doesn't show names necessarily at first, it shows all the cards on your team/alliance wish lists. Scroll through that list to the card you have, select it, then be given a list of team members and a list of alliance members that are looking for that card. From there you can make your trade.

Also, when in trade screen, and I choose cards from a player.... I don't want to see his or her most recent cards... I want to see" rarity: high. " Change your default
